Hello, when using Lists App on my mobile I am unable to click onto View Entries to see the text that is visible to me on my desktop.

The column is formatted for Multiple Lines and allows to Append New Changes to the Existing.

Please help me understand how to resolve this issue and allow users to access notes behind View Entries on their phones.

    Hi Vivienne2,

    Good day to you!

I hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out to our Microsoft Community Forum. We will be happy to help you.

Unfortunately, this is a known limitation in the current Lists for mobile apps and the Lists app in Teams for mobile apps. The implementation of appended text in Microsoft Lists appears to rely on desktop-specific UI functionality, and the mobile version doesn’t support expanding the historical entries in the same way. Based on my testing, I'm afraid there is no good solution for mobile users yet. Users will need to access the list on Windows or Mac.

I understand the inconvenience that happened to you. In this case, I sincerely suggest you report this to the Lists Product team as they constantly check customer reviews and feedback. And a lot of the features are developed and improved based on customer feedback.

I suggest you provide your feedback by the following methods:

    1. Post your feedback in the Microsoft Lists Community, which is Microsoft's forum dedicated to collecting feature suggestions or design queries from users. The higher votes, the more attention the related team will pay on.

    1. Use the in-app feedback tool to send your feedback: In the Lists for mobile app, click on the avatar> Help & FeedbackReport a problem

Appreciate your patience and understanding, and Hopefully Microsoft will make improvement soon.

Hope you having a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    George| Microsoft Community Moderator
