I cannot sign in to my personal Microsoft account. Please help me!

My Hotmail email address has been hacked. I can no longer access it with my password.

All the recovery methods offered by Microsoft don't work. I also made a request, but unfortunately, since I enabled two-factor verification, I'm told that my request wasn't accepted! What a joke!

How can I recover my account that was just stolen?

my computer crashed April 9th. I had to purchase a new laptop. I was unable to sign into my microsoft account as it did not recognize my password. I was able to reach customer service after multiple attempts. We set up a chat and they took over my laptop. When they told me to restart I did and lost the chat. I have been unable to get it back.
