Please help me log in to my Microsoft account. I continue to receive error messages, and I believe I used an incorrect phone number to log in. How can I correct it and log in? I continue to get blocked and cannot figure out how to unblock my account to get in. Please help!

I no longer have access to my old phone number and I do not have a secondary security email listed with my Hotmail. I’ve tried to recover my Hotmail account it’s been three weeks.
