I cannot sign in to my personal Microsoft account. Please help me!

Je vous écris car je n’arrive plus à me connecter à mon adresse mail car mon ancien numéro est identifier dans cet adresse mail, malheureusement j’ai oublié le mot de passe. J’ai essayé dans les anciens mot de passe enregistré dans mon téléphone c’est la ou mon compte a été bloqué , quand je répond aux questions je n’ai pas de réponse de la part de Microsoft. Aidez moi svp

Hi im locked out of my emails its trieing to send a code to a old number i use to have i no longer have it now and cant remember my password every time i fill the recovery form out it still doent recognise me any help would be grateful or is there a direct email address to contact customer support regarding this or a phone number? Please help! i cant recieve any emails to my email ( ******@hotmail.com ). i tried many times it says its need the code send to my mobile number that it is not available anymore as i was living in Qatar and my mobile number was +974 668347111 and it's not available , i moved to USA and i change my mobile number to 3312986401 . i tried to put my information but it says its not enough , what i remember that i created my email in dubai united arab emirates if not then it will be in jordan . my birthday in 27 th of december 1988 . i need to get my email back please i need help .

I can't get the sign in code. A few years ago I set up the account with a land line number. Can you helo.
