I cannot sign in to my personal Microsoft account. Please help me!

Please help me log in to my Microsoft account. I continue to receive error messages, and I believe I used an incorrect phone number to log in. How can I correct it and log in? I continue to get blocked and cannot figure out how to unblock my account to get in. Please help!

    I tried to login My email was blocked and reset my password ,it was chenged successfully but i could not to long time after 24 hours and blocked my accout ( ***@hotmail.com) I need your urgent support to reback my account as it's blocked.
