Please help me log in to my Microsoft account. I continue to receive error messages, and I believe I used an incorrect phone number to log in. How can I correct it and log in? I continue to get blocked and cannot figure out how to unblock my account to get in. Please help!

I’m blocked out of my Hotmail account because I forgot my password and the security recovery is my old phone number.
