Please help me log in to my Microsoft account. I continue to receive error messages, and I believe I used an incorrect phone number to log in. How can I correct it and log in? I continue to get blocked and cannot figure out how to unblock my account to get in. Please help!

    Dear Microsoft Support Team,

    I am writing to urgently request your assistance. I was recently charged for the annual subscription to Microsoft 365, but I am no longer able to access my account.

    I have already tried resetting my password successfully. However, I am unable to update my recovery information — the email address and phone number linked to the account are outdated, and I no longer have access to my Authenticator app.

    I’ve followed all the steps in your support pages, but I keep going in circles and have not been able to resolve this issue.

    Please help me recover access to my account or guide me on how to proceed. This is very urgent, as I’ve been charged and cannot use the service I paid for.

    I need help to sign in to my personal account. It has been locked in. I forgot my password. In order to recover my password you request to send a code to the phone number that haven't been in use for more than 10 years, and I do not have that phone anymore. I have not been able to check my personal email for the past 2 days. I need to reply to some important emails. It is very frustrating! Please advise of how to solve this problem and change the phone on my account. Thank you

    My main account ******@outlook.com est bloqué.

    My secondary account ******@hotmail.com is also bloqué.

    The phone number 418 692 0105 is no longer in service.

    I fill the recovery form with all details requested (including recent emails I sent), but still cannot recuperate my connection.

    How can I reactivate ******@outlook.com ? ****
