Can I get the home page I have created on a channel to be the default landing page on Teams?
At the moment it goes straight to Posts but I need it to automatically open on the home page I have created.

Completely agree. We need to be able to change the settings so that we can open a Teams Channel on "Home" or "Files", or on another option. Opening to the "Posts" page is not helpful in many cases.

Its such a simple but important enhancement which would change the usage of Teams Channels.
I see people asking for this since 2023.

This needs to be changed. I would like to be able to open with Planner or OneNote where I can plan and execute my day. Most of us use team to organize our work and starting with "Posts" or any Chat or email is not the way to do that as it distracts us.
The same thing for Outlook which should be a tool for getting things done and not just for writing mails.

I agree and am currently following this to see if a future update to Teams allows to change the default landing page to "Files", or a tab designated by the channel admin.

The ability to set a default channel page should be added, no doubt. Unless Microsoft wants Teams to just function as a chat app rather than a collaborative hub.
