Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hi, Yann_sparrowhawk
Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them to the community.
This is a tricky issue, these two error codes indicate a misplaced or missing system configuration file.
You can check if you have a third-party firewall turned on, if so, turn it off first, and then if your Windows is the latest update, if not, change your Windows to the latest version.
If the above options can't solve the problem, please try the following steps:
- Please open the file I shared with you in private messages and save it as a new file on your desktop.
- Change the file extension from .txt to .cmd, then right-click and run it as an administrator. (If you can't see the file extension, press Windows + E to open File Explorer, go to Options > View, and uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" in the advanced settings.)
- After running the file, an option will appear (yes or no); type y (yes) and press Enter.
- At this point, four options will appear; enter 2 and press Enter. Sometimes, you may need to press any key to continue (a prompt will appear).
- After option 2 has completed, enter 3 and press Enter. Again, you may need to press any key to continue (a prompt will appear).
- After option 3 has completed, enter 4 and press Enter; the command will close automatically.
- Re-download Office.

Please try the above steps first, if none of them work, then you may need to do an override installation or reinstallation step.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best wishes
