Today it's impossible to create a new SWAY presentation (private office 365), and the old ones show "0" visualization. Can you tell me why?

    Hi Laura Pizzetti1,

According to the error message in the previous reply screenshot, Perhaps there is something wrong with network settings, we suggest you try to check it through the following methods.

    Windows

1.Change Domain Name System (DNS):Click on "Start" > "Settings" > "Network & Internet" > Double-click "Change adapter options" > Right-click the "Connected network" and select "Properties" > Check "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)", then double-click it > Select "Use the following DNS server addresses" > Set Preferred DNS server to 4.2.2.1 and Alternate DNS server to 4.2.2.2 > Click "OK" > Click "OK" again. Try again after the change. If it works, remember to switch it back to automatic settings.2.Reset Network Options in "Internet Options":Press the Windows (logo) key + R, type "inetcpl.cpl", then click "Advanced". Scroll down in the "Settings" list to the "Security" section, check SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2, then click "Reset". Next, check "Delete personal settings", and then click "Reset". Alternatively, you can search for "Control Panel Internet Options" to access and perform these steps.3.Use Commands to Reset Current Network Protocols on Your Computer:Press Windows (logo) key + S, type "CMD" in the search bar. Right-click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator". Carefully copy and paste the following 3 commands:**netsh int ip reset (Reset IP configuration)**netsh winsock reset (Reset Winsock directory) ipconfig /flushdns (Flush DNS cache)

    Mac

    Modify DNS Settings

    • In the Advanced window, switch to the DNS tab.
    • In the DNS Servers section, you'll see the list of current DNS servers.
    • To reset or modify the DNS, you can:
    • Add new DNS servers: Click the + button at the bottom of the window and enter the DNS server addresses you want to use (e.g., Google DNS: and , or Cloudflare DNS: ).8.8.8.88.8.4.41.1.1.1
    • Remove existing DNS servers: Select an address and click the - button at the bottom to remove it.
    • You can also add local DNS entries to specify the resolution addresses for certain websites.

    Save Changes

    • After modifying the DNS settings, click OK to save your changes.

    Apply the Changes

    • Return to the Network settings page and click Apply in the lower-right corner to confirm your settings.

    Reset Network Settings

    • Select the network connection (e.g., Wi-Fi) and click the minus (-) button at the bottom-left to delete it, then add it back again.
    • This will clear the current network configuration and allow you to start over with a fresh setup.

After completing these steps, your Mac will use the new DNS server settings. If the DNS change does not take effect immediately, you can try restarting Wi-Fi or rebooting your Mac to ensure the changes are applied.

**Note:**Just choose the corresponding method according to your system.

    Hi Laura Pizzetti1,

The template created by Sway is not viewed by default 0 views, I have tested it again and the number of viewers changed after sharing the personal account to the work account by copying the link, you can also try this method, please refer to the following article.

    Hi Laura Pizzetti1,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I realize that you've encountered a problem with can not CREATE A NEW SWAY and I understand how you feel.

First of all, I need to explain to you that when I tested it on a Windows computer and created a new process in the web version of Sway, it was created normally.

In order to better solve your problem, I need to confirm the following message.

Are you using the web version of Sway or the desktop version of Sway? Have you done anything else before? If you are using the web version of Sway and using the edge browser, we recommend that you change to another browser, cell phone hotspot or Wifi network to try to re-visit, if you are using the desktop version of Sway, we recommend that you try to visit the web version of Sway to see if you can successfully visit.

Note: If you have a screenshot of the full error report, please reply and share it.

Please understand that the first response may not resolve your issue and we need to gather more information.

    Best Regards,
