I don't know why people say things that aren't true. I think the whole thing's a ripoff too, I don't get that much from CoPilot so why would I pay more for it. But it's not shoved down your throats, You can opt out of it. I know because I already did and I paid my old price for MS Office. And there isn't really any good alternative or if someone found one please tell me. Google Docs is not it.

I agree. Just got my rate increase today. Pretty disgusted with Microsoft. The fact that they think that including CoPilot without giving people an option of whether they are even interested and then shoving a 43% on individual plans and 30% on family plans is pretty reprehensible. Microsoft...you are not too big to fail.

Who cares if you included CoPilot? Seems like a ploy to increase the fees by 44% on your individual plans. It's pretty reprehensible and super disappointing. I will be looking for a replacement....Google is my guess. I am over Microsoft.

Me as well. Firstly Microsoft expired my account (before it was always auto-renewal), then telling me my storage isn't enough which was because my account expired. When I get to the renewal step, then it shows that the fee now is $115/year, which is a 30% jump from previous years for subscription of microsoft 365.

Disgusting practice manipulated by this companies, however as an individual there is no choice!

Increasing my price this much after adding features and extra I did NOT sign up for is against consumer pricing law in Canada and will likely start a class action lawsuit over negative billing practices. Stay tuned Microsoft!
