2025-01-20T13:36:40+00:00 I tried this since my subscription expires in just a few weeks. Nowhere did it let me get to a live person, and when I started delving into finding a 365 personal subscription WITHOUT copilot this was my reply:

2025-01-20T05:41:12+00:00 I agree with this! No alternative option was given to keep pricing for users as low/competitive as possible. Just a cheap email stating that I will be charged $3 more. And the instructions above are not assisting at all.
