    You are wrong, 100 percent. I kept the software without co-pilot. You just don't know how, so you shouldn't comment if you don't know.

    I am in Australia and did exactly what I suggested. I did not renew with AI and was charged the old price.

    No, there is NO option to reverse to basic. The only option available is to switch to monthly payments of $16 per month.

    It's disgusting rip off.

    I had to renew my cancelled subscription for a 50% increase for stupid ADD ON that I uninstall as soon as it's installed because there was NO OTHER OPTION!

    All the suggestions otherwise either live on a different planet or have no knowledge whatsoever.

    I would like to hear from someone in Australia who was able to continue with last year's price. Thank you in advance.

    You go through the cancellation process and mid way you will see the option to change to the previous version. Go back through this thread for details.

    How do I change it back to the no copilot version? I'm still running Windows 10 and I don't think I even have Copilot on my machine. My subscription doesn't come due until this Fall but I can't afford another raise.
