    Who cares if you included CoPilot? Seems like a ploy to increase the fees by 44% on your individual plans. It's pretty reprehensible and super disappointing. I will be looking for a replacement....Google is my guess. I am over Microsoft.

    Me as well. Firstly Microsoft expired my account (before it was always auto-renewal), then telling me my storage isn't enough which was because my account expired. When I get to the renewal step, then it shows that the fee now is $115/year, which is a 30% jump from previous years for subscription of microsoft 365.

    Disgusting practice manipulated by this companies, however as an individual there is no choice!

    Increasing my price this much after adding features and extra I did NOT sign up for is against consumer pricing law in Canada and will likely start a class action lawsuit over negative billing practices. Stay tuned Microsoft!
