Remove copilot icon that appears when I click in Onenote

Today, I turned on Onenote, and it notified me that it had Copilot update.

Now, every time I click in Onenote, it shows this annoying Copilot icon next to cursor:

How do I remove it?

    File - Option (most down)

    4th item = Copilot

    not check for "Copilot"

    restart OneNote

    System:

    Windows 11 Pro 24H2)

    Microsoft Office 365 OneNote

    I have moved to LTSC 2021 on my second computer so I can keep Publisher. MS Design or whatever is trashy bubblegum so I'm thinking of using LTSC on my main one as well.

    It doesn't have all the Copilot stuff and let's face it, how out of date can Word and Outlook be. they just do the same old stuff year after year.

    I'd feel differently if MS had made it possible to change the Categories colours in Outlook but they haven't. Green, orange, red, red, yellow, blue. Year after year.

    And they think I want Copilot. Why would I.

    Not sure if I get that right but changing the Categories colors in Outlook (classic) is (and always was) possible:
