How can I find the folder on my computer that is actually on my PC hard drive and not on One Drive?

"I am subscribed to 1 TB OneDrive to backup my computer's D and E inner drives sized 979 GB and 883 GB respectively.

After having backup-ed the drives in OneDrive, the data reappear again in the C: OneDrive folder clogging it with 507 GB and not leaving room for additional programs. Why do I have the same data twice in the computer? Please, what solution is suggested?"

The OneDrive folder by default is on the C drive unless you move it to another drive. Your files are synced to the online OneDrive from that folder. If you choose to keep it on the C drive then use the "Free up space" option suggested in the reply above.

Thanks but I am trying to remove my duplicates - except I want to select the folder on my actual computer, *not* my OneDrive and yet it's masking it as OneDrive, there is no way to select my actual folder on my pc, why? I want to back it up on hard drive because I don't trust OneDrive. How can I find the folder on my computer that are actually on my PC hard drive and *not* One Drive?

    Thanks, I contacted them. But I have another question: is there a way to automatically download the pictures in Outlook from various news sources? I don't want to be right clicking to download pictures every time, to protect my "privac"?

    Automatically downloading pictures in Outlook from various news sources is not a OneDrive feature.

    If you want to keep a local copy of your OneDrive files, right-click them and select "Always keep on this device."

    Thanks, if I right click on either the global folder I want to "always keep on this device" or the Onedrive folder, I can't seem to find that option. Where is hidden under? Thanks, Paulina

    The OneDrive folder appears as a blue cloud icon in File Explorer. You can also access OneDrive in the Windows notification area on the taskbar by clicking on the cloud icon. Then, click on the folder icon to open the OneDrive folder.

    The OneDrive folder can also be accessed at C>Users>username>OneDrive.

    Thanks, I'm probably just missing something - I am right clicking on OneDrive as you can see and under no option do I see the option "always keep on this device" ugh, so frustrating. This should be simple, intuitive and easy to find but it gets harder and harder to find.
