Microsoft Subscriptions page does not load for days - Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again. TraceID: XLnFXFNKWECvd11K.9.79

I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

I did this too. Problem is, when I click on my Start menu, my computer name, and then my MS365 account, it's still showing the OLD expiration date, despite me loading the new key to renew for a year.

I filed a complaint with the BBB about this a couple of weeks ago and have not received a resolution yet, but Microsoft does know about it. I recommend everybody else with this issue also file a complaint so the hire-ups at Microsoft have to acknowledge this.

Same problem, guess Microsoft doesn't need my business or they would fix this problem.

I have been having the same issue for weeks now. I also contacted the support chat and the person just asked me: "Why you want to access the subscription page?" lol. I just told him : "Because I want to". Then he said Microsoft is aware of this problem and they are looking into it and I have to wait.

But its really weird how Windows 11 is able to retrieve and show parts of the subscription information for Office 365?
