I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

Same issue here. I’ve been tying to since Tuesday to update my subscription with a new product key and now it expires in two days. I keep getting the Trace ID error and the Services and Subscriptions page never loads. It is quite concerning that this issue has existed for more than a month and is still not resolved.

Have been having the same issue for weeks. Unable to manage my Office 365 and Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions. My O365 subscription expires on Nov 15th. Since this issue has been going on for a month with no resolution, I am not holding my breath that they will fix it by the 15th. How many customers is this affecting? Must not be very many or they would be losing millions. The fact an issue of this magnitude is taking so long for Microsoft to resolve is very troubling and makes me lose faith in Microsoft's ability to provide premium services. Did Microsoft lay off all their contract employees that knew how to fix this issue? Would not surprise me, as this is what they do in many of their development divisions such as their gaming studios. Once something is built and working, they fire everyone involved in creating it with zero regard for how they will maintain it. This should be a very straightforward and easy fix but clearly Microsoft is too inept to fix such a critical issue.

Exact same problem. Add me to the list of customers who are unable to reach Microsoft "Support" for help.

I am having the same issue. I contacted Support who told me to wait. It's been weeks.

Like others in this thread, I'd like to share my 365 subscription with family members. I'm unable to do so and wasting a subscription I paid for.

Please fix and allocate some free time for our subscriptions.
