I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

    Please note that none of the “work-arounds” listed in this thread addresses or resolves the basic issue of Subscription page not loading. They may be helpful in renewing subscriptions or may not since you still will not be able to actually view your subscription information. In my case, I was double billed because of the underlying issue and good luck getting the billing issues resolved when you are not allowed to speak with a live human customer support representative.

    Has anyone tried to uninstall the last major windows update (sept 24 ish)? also Copilot now also shows as Not available for this account? thanks

    I've been having the same problem for the past 10 days: "We couldn't load your subscriptions. Refresh and we'll try again."

    My subscription ends at the end of this month. If they don't fix it by then, I'll just move over to LibreOffice and save the $100.
