I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

I have tried Microsoft contact land line 3 times. First time got a live voice, who was supposed to transfer me to tech support. I get the music for about 4 or 5 minutes, then silence. Me saying HELLO, Hello, HELLO. Music comes back on for about a minute then beep beep beep... hung up on me.

Looked at my request history and what do you know

@Microsoft, can we get an SRE who works on https://account.microsoft.com and the actual site shown above to check out this thread and investigate your server/DB/API? Thank you.

I have the same issue, since 09/26/2024. Same troubleshooting steps, same results. I have engaged microsoft support thru chat, same result. I have tried the "call back" feature several times today and was hung up on so many times that I now get the message that I have exceeded the number of times I can use the call back feature in a day.

So frustrating as it is painfully obvious that the issue is on the Microsoft server side of things...

Same here. I've been unable to access my subscriptions to renew Office 365 for several weeks now. Microsoft is borked.
