I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

I have the same question!! When is this going to be fix, I have bought my update and it is ending in two days I will be locked out of my account it has been 5 days I have been trying!
I’ve been having this issue for at least three years at this point. I’ve contacted Microsoft about 13 times each time I’m sent away with a reference code and either sent someone else or told to wait for an email and every time I asked a new person they said that the Case had been marked as closed. Either Microsoft doesn’t know how or doesn’t want to put in the effort to fix this issue because all the agents would rather just cancel the subscription for you rather than trying to fix the problem.
Yeah this is ridiculous I’m with in an inch of trading in both my Xbox series x’s for PS5’s and stopping Microsoft 365 because it seems like they have no idea what they are doing anymore.
Though I will metion that if your trying to modify an xbox subscription you can use the xbox settings and it will work because it doesn't use the webpage. ps I'm talking to support right now and they refuse to belive i can't access it and are walking me through using the website, infuriating.
Problem is while you can mange the Xbox subscription through the Xbox it’s self you are unable to mange the Microsoft 365 subscription. If they would add the ability to manager that through the Xbox as well then it wouldn’t be so bad.
