Microsoft Subscriptions page does not load for days - Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again. TraceID: XLnFXFNKWECvd11K.9.79

I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

I am having this exact same issue since early October. I went through support who IGNORED me when I said it happens regardless of what computer or laptop (MacOS or Windows) or web browser I use to access my account page.

I can't believe Microsoft has such an obvious problem with their flagship product and is unable to resolve it in over 45 days!!!

I invited a new family member through the site via emailed link back on Nov 1st, and he still hasn't received it. Was your family member able to be added? I was hoping the invite would be a work around to sharing the subscription with the "subscription" page still down. I can see my most current (exp Sep 2025) subscription redemption under the purchase history, so not being able to share is insane. I also need to update devices since one of my shares is not in family group had a hardware change.

I guess since most of us have already paid, correcting the problem isn't a priority.

Agree, I am calling the credit card company about a refund. I am getting 1/6 of what I am paying for and Microsoft refuses to even acknowledge that any of us have a problem.

I have spent hours trying different browsers, different computers, clearing cache etc...

Even went so far as to build a new Windows 11 Virtual Machine and it still gives the same error.

Looking at OnlyOffice -Self hosted. Prices for ONLYOFFICE Docs Home Server | ONLYOFFICE $150 for 10 users for Lifetime unless I need to update to newer version.
