Microsoft Subscriptions page does not load for days - Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again. TraceID: XLnFXFNKWECvd11K.9.79

I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

This issue has been ongoing for over 5 weeks. Where is Microsoft in this? How about an update or resolution?

I would say this getting a little ridicules. Can't invite the wife or kids to the family account. So it appears the only choice is to buy another subscription for each of them or ????

Common Microsoft. You can do better. There is no one providing any support from MS - other than clear cookies and cache....

    Real disappointed

Yeah, there, Twitter (X) was big on that with me last night and assured me that they were aware there was a problem last month, but it has been resolved but yet they’re online Support says they’re aware they’re still an issue and they have no idea when they’re gonna fix it, but a different rep told me there was no issue just to clear my cookies and everything. I told them they have me about to just be done with Microsoft all altogether.
