Microsoft Subscriptions page does not load for days - Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again. TraceID: XLnFXFNKWECvd11K.9.79

I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

I have used keys, but also have a payment card that is valid and on file in "Payment Options". Yet I still have the problem as described.

I do not have the same UI in my Win11. There is no "Microsoft 365 Family" section, I just have the "email & accounts" section, which has my logged in "Microsoft Account", but that doesn't do anything with subscriptions. I am on Win11 Pro and use a local user ID. Perhaps either local windows user or Pro does not support managing subscription from settings.

The ONLY solution to this is for Microsoft to fix their "Services & Subscriptions" web page, which is still broken:

Those Window settings used to show Game Pass expiry date but that stopped recently too, and there's no redeem or anything similar just a link to the broken subscription web page

The only remaining way to show Game Pass expiry date was in the settings of the Game Pass app - buts thats now broken on my system and wont launch - so this serious issue is equally 365 and Game Pass at the moment

Until problems get mentioned on news & websites etc they dont get fixed, there's no real way to report them as the feedback hub is a waste of time.
