I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

Those Family members are the ones listed for Family Safety that they need to join and you can monitor and restrict.

Previously before this change approx 2 years ago you could invite anybody, those invites can't be seen or managed.

You can't even manage you own installs like where is the download link to install MS365?

I am seeing this same error "We couldn't load your subscriptions. Refresh and we'll try again." for several days now. My subscription expires on Nov 12,2024, and I have a new key for another year's subscription of the Military Appreciation Edition.

What do I have to do to renew this? How is OneDrive affected if I just reinstall Office 365 using the new Key?

Use the website listed in the box to install the new product key. I think you will have to enter your email address and after to successfully enter the product key, you will be able to see the new subscription in your account under Orders. You still won’t be able to access Services and Subscriptions, and you might receive an email saying your Microsoft365 expired (I did), but you should still be able to access all of the apps included in the subscription.

The redemption link shared above did not work for me but I as able to access the key code redemption page by doing the following in Windows 11 Settings.

I was able to enter my new product key in Windows 11 Settings -> Account -> Xbox Game Pass Ultimate -> Redeem a code or prepaid card.

This allows you to redeem any Microsoft code for xbox or O365. Not sure if the Redeem link shows up under Accounts if you don't have Game Pass because it falls under the Game Pass section for me. This took me to the key subscription page of my Microsoft Account which let me submit my new O365 key and then forwarded me to the office apps download page. My Microsoft 365 Family account now shows a new expiration date in my Windows Accounts Settings.

https://office.com/setup still works for renewal or initial setup.

I noticed this issue is happening to me because I don’t have a payment setup. I have been buying keys for years
