Microsoft Subscriptions page does not load for days - Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again. TraceID: XLnFXFNKWECvd11K.9.79

I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

URL: https://account.microsoft.com/services

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

No explanation why some are still seeing the issue or what the steps are to resolve - perhaps its account related - rather than some having a different issue or are looking at a different site - hopefully more will get fixed soon

After having that exact same error for weeks on all devices its now OK today (the Services and Subscriptions page now shows Game Pass sub and purchased products etc and the sub can now be managed and the subscription and storage usage summaries on the account main page are now OK too) thats with both Chrome and Edge browsers.

For those interested in how to reproduce:

Use a web browser and go to: https://account.microsoft.com/services?lang=en-US#main-content-landing-react

You will see something like this:

Nope, still not fixed. The people claiming it was fixed must have had a different issue than the rest of us or they aren't looking at the same site we are. Pretty crazy that microsoft with all their resources can't hire an intern for a couple of hours to fix a website.
