I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

I have been checking every few days and as of this morning, I can see the status of my Microsoft 365 account. It looks like they may have fixed the problem. (I had recently purchased a new code using the AAFES Veterans Day Sale and was able to enter it online as I have done for the past several years. My account is now good thru April 2027. I had not planned to stack another renewal this time but went ahead to ensure it works correctly.)
