I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

URL: https://account.microsoft.com/services

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

Same here. And my subscription for my entire family runs out next week, and it is impossible to renew because the subscription tab keeps giving that same error message.

I have the same issue and purchased this to share with family and cannot share. MS please fix and chip in a refund while you are at it.

I need to use this particular web page to share my M365 Family with other members of my family. I therefore can't use M365 licenses I've paid for because I can't open this, still. What does it take to get someone from Microsoft to actually read this and fix the problem?

I've been having the same problem for the past 10 days: "We couldn't load your subscriptions. Refresh and we'll try again."

My subscription ends at the end of this month. If they don't fix it by then, I'll just move over to LibreOffice and save the $100.
