Microsoft Subscriptions page does not load for days - Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again. TraceID: XLnFXFNKWECvd11K.9.79

I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

Thank you. This allowed me to review my subscription information.

I do not have the same UI in my Win11. There is no "Microsoft 365 Family" section, I just have the "email & accounts" section, which has my logged in "Microsoft Account", but that doesn't do anything with subscriptions. I am on Win11 Pro and use a local user ID. Perhaps either local windows user or Pro does not support managing subscription from settings.

The ONLY solution to this is for Microsoft to fix their "Services & Subscriptions" web page, which is still broken:

I have used keys, but also have a payment card that is valid and on file in "Payment Options". Yet I still have the problem as described.

https://office.com/setup still works for renewal or initial setup.

I noticed this issue is happening to me because I don’t have a payment setup. I have been buying keys for years

The redemption link shared above did not work for me but I as able to access the key code redemption page by doing the following in Windows 11 Settings.

I was able to enter my new product key in Windows 11 Settings -> Account -> Xbox Game Pass Ultimate -> Redeem a code or prepaid card.

This allows you to redeem any Microsoft code for xbox or O365. Not sure if the Redeem link shows up under Accounts if you don't have Game Pass because it falls under the Game Pass section for me. This took me to the key subscription page of my Microsoft Account which let me submit my new O365 key and then forwarded me to the office apps download page. My Microsoft 365 Family account now shows a new expiration date in my Windows Accounts Settings.
