I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

I've tried working with Microsoft on this through a complaint filed with the BBB but their level 3 technicians don't want to talk to me. I recommend everybody here talk with their local media companies so we can get Microsoft's wrongdoing in the spotlight. Since they haven't provided the services we've paid for in over 6 weeks, I also think we need to raise a class action law suit against them, but I don't know the steps to start that.

I thought this was just me until multiple days passed and I couldn't access my subscriptions on iPhone or any of the multitude of browsers on my Windows laptop. Scouring Google didn't come back with any results at all, so I finally checked the place least likely in the world to offer a useful solution to Microsoft product issues, Microsoft Support.

It's almost comforting knowing I'm not the only one. It's also extremely discouraging. Do they really have such a poor grasp of their own systems? I think the implications of the answer to that question are frighteningly far-reaching.

And the only reason I came here is that I want to update my Game Pass Ultimate subscription, which I'm not using at all, and whose price they've jacked up twice this year, and now they are literally preventing me from doing that. This is really perverse.

Agree, I am calling the credit card company about a refund. I am getting 1/6 of what I am paying for and Microsoft refuses to even acknowledge that any of us have a problem.

I have spent hours trying different browsers, different computers, clearing cache etc...

Even went so far as to build a new Windows 11 Virtual Machine and it still gives the same error.

Looking at OnlyOffice -Self hosted. Prices for ONLYOFFICE Docs Home Server | ONLYOFFICE $150 for 10 users for Lifetime unless I need to update to newer version.
