I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

URL: https://account.microsoft.com/services

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

This is not resolved. I am still getting the same error message when clicking on Services & Subscriptions. Did you do anything else to resolve this?

Can confirm - it does now seem to be fixed

    • the Services and Subscriptions page with 365 and Game Pass subs
    • the subscription summary and storage usage summary on the account main page

I have just redeemed an MS335 Family Code at office.com/setup.

Since then, all Microsoft subscriptions are visible again.

Connection does not have anything to do with the issue. This issue has been going on for almost 2 months and Microsoft has admitted on a few occasions that they were aware of it and that they thought they fixed it to find out they did not. They also said that they do not know when it will be fixed and when I spoke to them last they thought it has to do with their new release.
