Microsoft Subscriptions page does not load for days - Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again. TraceID: XLnFXFNKWECvd11K.9.79

I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

Brillb - I just wanted to say thank you!

I came across your post since I'm having the same issue and had to smile at your response - clearly showing an intelligent level of understanding of all the backend coding whatchamacallit. That yes, you have considered this that and the other prior to asking your question.

I have an intelligent level of understanding that I do NOT know all the backend coding whatchamacallit and it makes me feel better that perhaps the usual "well, did you try to reboot your computer, miss" question might not (this time) be the solution that I always dread.

I have been refreshing> waiting > refreshing > waiting > refreshing > rebooting > standing on one foot while turning in circles, patting my head with one hand and my nose with the other> refreshing > rinsing and repeating for a few MONTHS now. (off and on). It's frustrating to me because I don't know what I don't know and I don't know what to ask so, while my smarts are in other areas, it's never fun to feel dumb. But now I don't have to! :) I'm guessing it's even more frustrating for you because you DO know what you do and still haven't been able to get an answer/fix.

The fact that I had to search for myself to find that it was a "common issue" is comforting and frustrating too ... but I'm not going to pull at that thread today.

Anyways, I hope this gets fixed and that I'll be able to ride on your coat tails for a fix on mine, so thank you.

... I'm not really expecting any responses - just felt compelled to comment..... and appreciate the irony of the message at the top of this page that the notification system in the community is partially broken.....

.....I'm wondering if the delays in fixes might be a staffing issue..... hmmm.... hey, Microsoft, I've got a couple decades in HR and some extra time (if you couldn't tell).... maybe I could help you help me...... call me...... ;)

I'm having the same problem. I guess now might be as good of time as any to de-Google and de-Microsoft my life.

    Why renew a non-working service?

Same issue as everyone else. My subscription expires and I am unable to renew. What is a workaround for this?

You have to use the live chat support service. They will send you a download link. You will be able to reinstall microsoft office and enter your email etc. I did that yesterday and it worked. It was actually straight forward.

It is Oct 29 and I am having this same issue, for weeks. Even after "repairing" the install and re-setting it up. This is utterly ridiculous! I am hoping someone from Microsoft responds to this thread with a FIX.
