Microsoft Subscriptions page does not load for days - Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again. TraceID: XLnFXFNKWECvd11K.9.79

I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

URL: https://account.microsoft.com/services

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

microsoft365.com/renew still appears to work for paid rather than code renewals

W11 Settings -> Account has previously displayed basic Office and Games Pass subscription info but expiry dates now appear to be missing and it also just re-directs to these broken web pages when you go further

Now the only place I can find a Game Pass expiry date is in the Settings in the Windows Xbox app

This link didn't work for me and instead took me to the general support page. I entered the link microsoft365.com/setup, then chose to enter the license key, that brought me to a page where the key could be entered, then it redirected me to a "Welcome to your Microsoft 365" page. There was a gear symbol link in the upper right to manage my subscription, and when clicked brought me to the error page that stated "Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again. TraceID: sXuKaocHqU2aKGSE.11.165" The problem still exists, I am unable to view or manage my subscriptions.

Looks like it's time to pound Microsoft on social media.

I successfully added my renewal to my account with your helpful info. But... My current subscription ends in November. Without ability to check/verify subscriptions I have to rely on blind faith that renewal was added. I have added Military Appreciation Editions for several years and it automatically extended the dates. ADHD YNIYK

Not a solution here, sorry. But for those who simply want to renew their M365 subscription or otherwise redeem a product key, I figured a bypass to do it without having to go through the account workflow that isn't letting us log-in.

    Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=account.microsoft.com

Click on the outlined link and it will take you to a page where you can click to submit a product key. It worked for me.

I have the same issue, since 09/26/2024. Same troubleshooting steps, same results. I have engaged microsoft support thru chat, same result. I have tried the "call back" feature several times today and was hung up on so many times that I now get the message that I have exceeded the number of times I can use the call back feature in a day.

So frustrating as it is painfully obvious that the issue is on the Microsoft server side of things...
