Microsoft Subscriptions page does not load for days - Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again. TraceID: XLnFXFNKWECvd11K.9.79

I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

URL: https://account.microsoft.com/services

error:
Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.

Did you find a way to enter your new key? And, if not, what happened last week when you reached the expiration date?

I've got an expiration coming up in two weeks. I have my 12-month renewal subscription key. But it doesn't look promising that anything useful has happened yet. (Still have another 6 pages of this thread to read..., but since the same errors are resulting when I try to get to the subscription.... yeah. Frustrating!)

Thank you for filling us in on status to date. But your support center was gaslighting us and hanging up when the going got tough. Also techs just closing trace ids When no attempt was made.

As far as I know Copilot Pro is not included with 365. Nor am I a subscriber and why is this on the same screen, with the same "We couldn't load your subscription. Refresh and we'll try again."

This just needs to be fixed already and your support people need to be all on the same page. You get ones that tell you the problem was resolved a month ago so it’s an issue with your account. You get others that say yes we know it is an on going issue. Then you get others that just do not know what you’re talking about or will tell you to try a different browser when you’ve already tried every browser out there or they’ll tell you to try a different device or network when you’ve tried 1 million different devices and networks so your whole support team just needs to get on the same page that might help you fix your problems.

    Dear, brillb & everyone,

Thanks for raising this issues in this Community.

We would like to inform you that the unavailability of Services & Subscription for Microsoft accounts is a known issue. The main symptom is that users encounter an error when visiting the Services & Subscriptions page and are unable to install Microsoft and Office. This issue is currently being addressed. It does not affect all accounts, and some users can access the page after refreshing, logging out, or switching network environments.

Alternatively, you may try bypassing the account workflow to avoid the login issue (Solution below from Wolfram74)

    Go to with Microsoft account:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=account.microsoft.com

Click on the outlined link and it will take you to a page where you can click to submit a product key.

Additionally, for customers needing to cancel their Microsoft 365 subscription or request a refund, Microsoft offers online Chat services and Phone Support. Everyone can manage refunds and subscriptions by referring to the following articles.

If convenient , kindly provide the current Services & Subscription TraceID to Chat support, allowing them to submit requests based on the TraceID and investigate the issue using the specific account.

This thread will be updated as soon as there are any fixes, thanks!

    Best regards,

We can file reports against Microsoft with the FTC for fraud and violating click to cancel rules.

“The FTC will have the authority to seek consumer redress and civil penalties (currently $51,744 per violation).” Source

Even if Microsoft does have EULA terms that limit our personal resolutions to arbitration, the FTC can still bring harsh punishment on them.
