    Hi,
my team is investigating the cert not found issue. Could one of the people experiencing the issue file a feedback item through feedback hub and use "Security & Privacy" as category and "Device Security" or "Windows Device Security" as sub-category?
This will collect some additional information about the TPM and help us analyze why this issue occurs.

    Thank you, Ron.
