Where can I find the App configuration Policy Keys for an XML key:value configuration, for the microsoft sharepoint iOS app?

I have been searching for a list of keys for configuring the sharepoint app, and keep finding only the generic:

Add app configuration policies for managed iOS/iPadOS devices - Microsoft Intune | Microsoft Learn

When asking Copilot, I am told to refer to the apps documentation. When I search for the apps documentation I find the generic page here:

SharePoint mobile app for iOS - Microsoft Support

I just want to see what options are available to me so I can configure this app.

Any help is appreciated.
