Hi,
I've been working with hundreds of presentations using YouTube videos and had no trouble with ads till now (8/5/24).
I have a Premium YouTube account and have spoken with tech support at YouTube and Microsoft. The problem remains unresolved.

I may try Google Slides again as well.
When I last experimented with Google Slides, I was disappointed with the functionality. I've spent so much time in PowerPoint I've become attached.

Yep... It seems YouTube wants to sever its relationship with Microsoft.
In my dreams I imagine Microsoft managers sitting in a silicone valley boardroom/grotto with palm trees and waterfalls pleading with YouTube hotshots to fix this.

I see that, on what's seems to be a separate thread, you posted "I don't think it is Youtube. I think it is Microsoft Powerpoint." That's an important point. What makes you think that? Is that why you reported it to Microsoft?
