Noticed on 9/27/24 I'm receiving the following error via web browser (Chrome and Edge), as well as the iOS app: "User content migrated. Cannot access disabled item." I can only see some of my files in the Recents view, but none of them open. Also, when I go to OneDrive settings, most of my settings are blank. I've verified my account is currently active.

The only thing you can do is report it to Microsoft. Click the "Provide Feedback to Microsoft" icon near the top left of your screen within OneDrive, then click Report a Problem. Provide the details of your situation to them, and hopefully its resolved quickly.

I am experiencing precisely the same problem! It all started today, Dec 20, 2024.
I have reported this issue and was given a case number.
I will update my post when this misfortune is resolved (let us hope it happens sooner than later..).
It is indeed utterly frustrating not having access to your files on line, especially when you pay (!) for this service..
[Post updated on the 22nd of Dec 2024]: Everything returned back to normal as incomprehensibly as it had occurred in the first place.. Judging from the posts of many other users in this (and more ones) forum with respect to vanishing of one's files and folders, it appears that this kind of malfunction is a repetitive one and NOT an isolated mishap.
