Run the OneDrive troubleshooter

One folder is not updating on OneDrive. It's one a need! The rest seem to be okay. I've spent hours on this.

I'm trying to sync the desktop version of onedrive with my sharepoint but it's not working. Can you help please.

Wont sign in

Many of my files are still not synching, I see the file names, but I cannot get to them.

I have a new machine with a different version of Windows 11 Pro (one user license). When I setup the machine, I used my own email address versus one created by outlook.com, gmail.com, etc. The reason for this is the domain and Outlook email account is purchased by me and so the email address is created using my domain. Why does the OneDrive that used to work with this email address on my domain try to force me to created a new email account? There is no reason for me to create a second email account, I own the website, domain name, email account, outlook account and everything associated with it and no one else. I also own the brand new machine and Windows Pro (one user license) on it. If OneDrive comes with the Windows 11 Pro that I purchased I should be able to setup the OneDrive with my chosen email address. Can you please assist. My original OneDrive that existed on a different machine was deleted entirely because I no longer wanted to renew a Microsoft Office 365 Family subscription. There should be nothing preventing me from signing into OneDrive with my email address at this point.
