OneDrive is cloud based. It is never really running on your machine; your files sit in a designated storage space on a server that identifies you by your login credentials. In order for you to open an attachment, you have to be logged into the correct OneDrive account. Check your OneDrive settings and verify the location. If you are accessing a file that is located on a Work and School OneDrive account then your local OneDrive must use the same login for that account to access the file. For example: ******@oatmeal.com is attached to a Work and School account and requires an exact username and password to sync and access files.

If you do not have OneDrive, download it and try to login in again:

Keep in mind that if you never had a OneDrive that came with your Microsoft 365 or Windows 11 Pro purchase or if the account has not been provisioned via your Work and School account, you cannot access files. You can never access a cloud location that doesn't exist via Microsoft Live for personal accounts.

I have 3 onedrive accounts. One of the accounts will not allow me to sync to a new account but will work just fine on existing syncs. I keep getting this message:

Sorry, OneDrive can't add your folder right now. Please contact support.

Why does it say Dear ΕΡΡΙΚΟΣΚΡΕΜΟΝΑΣ,

That is not my name?
