Run the OneDrive troubleshooter

Hi,

I am using my OneDrive on desktop app on Mac. It seems to no longer be connected to & syncing with OneDrive online.

I have the same problem with Windows11 and PC. When I try to sign in to the onedrive in order to sync I get a message with error code: 0x8004de69... I have already sent half a dozen messages so far ,but I could not get a response. Last night I waited 20 mins online to contact the the live help desk and they could neither recognize nor solve the problem even after getting the screen share and direct access to my PC.

I am using the desktop app, and when trying to sign in it gives an error message of 1001. Also when this

happens the windows icon will not work, I cannot even search for anything in the search bar.
