where it says photos and files at the top... click files
problem solved...
I opened my onedrive app on my phone but I can now only see photo files, there is no obvious way to switch to see my regular files and folders

Thank you for that guidance, it is a terrible design layout. I have spent the last hour sweating over where on earth all my files had gone and then googling for answers. Thankfully you saying click on the WORD "files" has resolved it. I am so unimpressed with Microsoft 365 these days and this was a stress I did not need. Awful upgrade. Oh, I hate Outlook too. I used to love it but I avoid using it if at all possible. Nige

2024-12-05T19:12:28+00:00 I have the same issue. A couple of days ago, my Sansung S21 OneDrive suddenly only shows photos. No option to view my Microsoft 365 files / documents. HELP!

2024-12-04T23:57:21+00:00 I had the same problem the last 2 days. Someone on this forum said to delete & reinstall the app but my Android did not give me that option. I went into my Microsoft programs & now I'm able to access my files from the Microsoft Office 365 app.
