I opened my onedrive app on my phone but I can now only see photo files, there is no obvious way to switch to see my files. How do I see my regular folders and files? Thank you.

Can Microsoft hire some usability experts please. How hard would it be to make Photos Files into two buttons or tabs?

It's great now that I know that Files is actually a button. How many users have opened the app, can't find their files and just give up on the app. I've been working in IT for many years and this confused me and now know the answer because I googled the issue and found this thread.

Now imagine a non tech savvy user doing this.

I work in tech. I showed it to two colleagues who also work in tech. They didn't think to click the Files word either.

Microsoft PLEASE fix this. It's not intuitive to click files. It looks like a statement not links. Color code it or something. I waisted a couple of days on this on and off.

This "update" is a disservice. The "PHOTOS FILES" doesn't appear to be a menu selection at all. Microsoft needs to fix these so there is no confusion.

Problem: Someone at Microsoft made the decision to change One Drive's default interface to allow access only to the photos stored on one's Android device. This is likely to cater to those who mostly use their Android device to store photos.

Solution: Completely uninstall and remove the One Drive app for Android then re-install it.

Recommendation: Provide feedback to Microsoft requesting they not make this change again in the future. Some people use their Android devices for more than photographs.
