I opened my onedrive app on my phone but I can now only see photo files, there is no obvious way to switch to see my files. How do I see my regular folders and files? Thank you.

Hi fordieuk,
Thank you for reaching out with your question. I understand it can be confusing when you don’t see your files in the OneDrive app. I think that is a synchronization issue.
First, the information in the following link may help you solve your problem.
Or the following may be a solution.
- Click Help & Settings > Settings. In the Account tab, verify that OneDrive is syncing with the correct Microsoft account and check that the folders you want to sync are selected.
- If OneDrive is not syncing, restart the app. On Windows, right-click the OneDrive icon, select Close OneDrive, then reopen it from the Start menu. On Mac, click the OneDrive icon in the menu bar, select Quit OneDrive, then reopen it from the Applications folder.
Let me know if this helps resolve your issue. If you have further questions.
Best regards,
Tommy
Dear Tommy #81, I don't think you are hearing/reading what he is saying, the [Files] tab is no longer showing up since the last OneDrive update on the Android OneDrive app. In fact, now I ONLY see the following 3 tabs: [Gallery] + [Albums] + [Favorites]. This only changed either Monday 11-25 or Tuesday 11-26. I AM HAVING THE VERY SAME ISSUE AS "fordieUK".
You are correct, and agreed not obvious at all and not intuitive whatsoever. (NOT OBVIOUS)
MANY THANKS FOR FOLLOWING UP WITH ME.
Had same issue. Deleted and reinstalled app. Happy days
