When in Chats in Teams we used to copy conversations and paste them into other docs. This brought across name/date and chat text.
Now when we do this it only brings across the text; name/date are missing. This causes issues for us as we cannot keep accurate records.
Has this facility been changed/withdrawn in an update? Is there a workaround?

Only if some legal firm is badly affected?? I don't think we can realistically expect any reaction from MS other than ignoring user pleas. If they ever look at the user comments, it's almost certainly bots that do that, and they likely have been trained to ignore complaints... :-)
Not just "take their performance rating down" but kick them out. That change was outrageous, but even more outrageous (though totally expected) is that there's been no reaction from MS. Monopolies are bad...
Nice use of AI capabilities. :-) The disadvantage is obviously extra time spent, even though it's just seconds...
Looking at the situation from a cynical angle, one could conclude that the feature change was devised to coerce ppl to use Copilot. :-)
