Welcome to the Microsoft Community. It looks like you've been unknowingly charged. The community is not authorized to directly address or inquire about billing-related issues, but I will do my best to point you in the right direction.
Visit Services & Subscriptions to check for this charge, if it's coming from Google, Microsoft is not authorized to investigate as the order was completed on another platform, please contact Google Play Store support to resolve the issue.

If it came from Microsoft, or you don't know who it originated from, please contact Microsoft Billing to obtain a one-on-one investigation.
Contact Microsoft Support.
- Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
- Type Contact in the search box.
- Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or sign in to contact support below.
- Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category.
- On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription.
- Go to Confirm.
- You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.
