hi I don't understand where this money comes out of my account, how can I stop this please, I want to complain about this, I don't know where this money is coming from

Welcome to the Microsoft Community. It looks like you've been unknowingly charged. The community is not authorized to directly address or inquire about billing-related issues, but I will do my best to point you in the right direction.
Visit Services & Subscriptions to check for this charge, if it's coming from Google, Microsoft is not authorized to investigate as the order was completed on another platform, please contact Google Play Store support to resolve the issue.
