I just got an email that my next coming subscription will be increase from RM309 to RM440 on my next renew.

I have cancelled my subscription. Do some online research there are other ways to get MS office.
I've also cancelled my subscription and received a refund of the $179 AUD.Trying to do that was incredibly difficult until today when the option became active: prior to that there were directions to chats which never eventuated.
Now looking into what other options are available
Up 30% in the US - no message - no other options - very disappointing - need to rethink options
