Thank you for the information, except How did you manage to talk to Support. Couldn't find any phone number where Human beings answer.

I was very concerned at first when I saw the 30% increase (USA) - yet now I see it as 60 credits per month of AI usage. If you run out - you can purchase more credits for use. I was informed that if I want to avoid the added cost, I could cancel my subscription and get Microsoft 365 Personal Classic - at the regular price I paid last year. I wanted to do that - as I use powerpoint, excel, and word often. The good news is that I was able to receive that deal. I could not do it myself, so I called the support desk - Like I say, I was able to get the classic regular price - without AI. I think there are some growing pains here as it took a long time, a couple techs, and turning down some sales pitches. But in the end, the problem was solved. I think it would have been better to offer a simple choice of upgrade or classic - to make it an easy process. PEOPLE THAT ONLY WANT WHAT THEY HAD AT THE PRICE THEY HAD SHOULD CALL. Good Luck
By the way, when I cancelled my subscription, I lost a month of paid service - and they didn't care to reimburse me for the loss.
Hi,
It is for 1 person. what is the cost for multi user version?
This price increase seems for multi user version.
Thanks.
Try BlueMail. Works as well as Outlook. Great on mobile phones.
Yesterday I just bought an Office 365 subscription hard copy from a Hypermarket retail store and it only cost me Rm115 which was USD 25.85. And I’ve extended my subscription to Nov 2026 with the product key. So if Retailer can sell hard copy of Office 365 license for USD26 why do Microsoft charge for USD100 for online subscription.
