Why is there a price increase in Office 365 annual subscription? Am I getting some new stuff? I'm in Malaysia.

My earlier price was below MYR300, but now it's above. :(

I absolutely agree. I have no need for a family plan, and my increase is also 50%. I am also in Australia, and apparently, according to Microsoft's response above, we have been fleeced because THEY deem we can pay more because we live in Australia. And if you are a pensioner, where do they think this extra is coming from? Pensions do not increase by 50% ever! A 50% increase is indefensible. It's not like they have increased wages to pay. After all, we can never talk to a real person!

A price increase from 109 to 159 AU$ per year is just price gouging plain and simple. Your company is despicable - you think we need you? All I use is **** Word and I don't want any of your other AI garbage. **** you. I won't renew, I hope you go broke and you won't get one cent form me.

My monthly subscription has risen by $4.00. I was previously paying $14.00 per month and am now paying $18.00 per month. This equals to an extra $48.00 per year. Not happy. Am looking into purchasing so I don't have to continue paying this monthly cost.

    Hi,

I successfully switched to the "Office 365 Personal Classic Version" for MYR 309 per year with assistance from Microsoft Support via chat. Microsoft reimbursed the RM 440 (which included CoPilot earlier) and charged RM 309 for the Classic Version. The support experience was smooth and efficient.
